A Cross-platform campaign.

We developed a creative plan focusing on a new idea, Spring offers a new perception to all its candidates that are selected and to the companies for which works. This new perception is a real ambition, as they want to aim high.

Social attitude.

For Spring our goal was to increase the brand awareness, so we created a social strategy that not only provided the jobs offering sharing but also the creation of inspirational contents such as researches, trends, case history related to professionals.
